Nothing is a range or an estimate — you know exactly what you are getting and exactly what it costs. Revisions are included. We go back and forth until the plan fits the lot, the budget, and the specific way your family uses the outdoors. You approve every detail in writing before a single shovel enters the ground.

You receive daily progress photos and a weekly walkthrough with your project lead. If something shifts during the build, you hear it from us directly — not from a third-party crew you have never met. Before we consider a project complete, we walk every inch of the yard together with a formal punch list. Each item — grout joints, drainage grade, plant health, lighting zones — is documented and signed off by both you and your project lead. You receive a full care packet covering irrigation schedules, seasonal planting guidance, and material maintenance for every surface we installed.
