Free Consultation
We walk your property before we sketch a single line.
Your dedicated Red Agave designer comes to you — not the other way around. We study the grade, trace the shade lines at peak summer, photograph the sightlines from inside the house, and ask the questions most designers never think to ask: where you sit with a drink at dusk, whether the kids cut across the lawn, how much of your budget you want reserved for planting versus stone. Every lot in Westlake, Circle C, and the Hill Country is different. We treat it that way. The consultation is free, the conversation is frank, and nothing gets drawn until we understand exactly how you live outside.
CAD · 2D Plan · Itemized Pricing
Every square foot rendered before we break ground.
You receive a complete design packet: a fully dimensioned 2D CAD plan, a custom 3D rendering so you can visualize materials and elevations, and an itemized cost breakdown down to the square foot of limestone and the individual light fixture. Nothing is a range or an estimate — you know exactly what you are getting and exactly what it costs. Revisions are included. We go back and forth until the plan fits the lot, the budget, and the specific way your family uses the outdoors. You approve every detail in writing before a single shovel enters the ground.
In-House Build · Never Subcontracted
Same hands on day one are the hands that finish it.
Every person who builds your outdoor space — stonemason, carpenter, horticulturist, irrigation specialist, WLED lighting technician — is a full-time Red Agave employee. We have never subcontracted a single trade. That means the standard of craft stays consistent from foundation to final plant, and the accountability is ours alone. You receive daily progress photos and a weekly walkthrough with your project lead. If something shifts during the build, you hear it from us directly — not from a third-party crew you have never met. The result is tighter work, tighter schedules, and a finished yard that looks exactly like the rendering you approved.
Final Walkthrough · Ongoing Care
Signed off, documented, and yours — permanently.
Before we consider a project complete, we walk every inch of the yard together with a formal punch list. Each item — grout joints, drainage grade, plant health, lighting zones — is documented and signed off by both you and your project lead. You receive a full care packet covering irrigation schedules, seasonal planting guidance, and material maintenance for every surface we installed. For clients who want it, Red Agave offers a continuing maintenance program — the same designer, the same crew, on a schedule that keeps your investment looking the way it did on day one, for as long as you own the property.
