Floor-to-ceiling glass walls on three sides, tongue-and-groove cedar above, ceiling fan for year-round use. From inside, the pool is the view — framed, not incidental.
Teak decking wraps the pool on all sides and transitions directly into both the screened porch and the kitchen zone. String lights trace the cedar fence line overhead.
Built-in grill and under-counter fridge beneath a red sail shade. Behind it: a custom Corten steel screen perforated in a geometric dot pattern, backlit by LED strip — art by day, a glowing panel at night.
